Taylor is an incredibly talented San Francisco based architect, designer, and artist whose work ranges from stunning pallet knife portraits to what she describes as "physical manifestations of my ever-doodling brain". This year, she has been featured in Nouszine, and she had her first show at Incline Gallery, which she said was " easily one of the most incredible nights I've ever experienced". We talked to her about her process and inspirations:

"Over time, my painting focus has shifted towards large-scaled portraiture and the human form because I enjoy studying the way in which faces express hidden emotion, and all of the subtle color variations skin contains. My tools are pallet knives and the occasional brush. This enables me a certain amount of control over a piece, while still allowing the paint to mix at its own will and assume a character of its own."
